The scare of the trip. I had left the car as shown in the turnout/parking area while I walked the trail that lead to the following pics. When I got back to the car, there was this large pickup/5th wheel combination stopped about 1 foot from my back bumper, with smoke pouring from his front and rear brakes. I didn't shoot a pic thinking that the driver might not appreciate it. I just shot him a look as if to say, "don't you know how to use low gear instead of riding the brakes?" then got into my car and was on my way. Of course, had he hit my car, there would have been pictures taken and included with this one to show how far off the road he had to go to hit me....
