Page 25: Some photos taken of US17 and IH95 in Glynn and Camden Counties in Georgia and Nassau and Duval Counties in Florida.
Disclaimer: As always, necromancer says, "Do As I Say, Not As I Do," and don't take pictures while driving.

Looking south and descending the Sidney Lanier Bridge on US17 and headed toward IH95's Exit 29 area.
Looking at the Georgia Ports Authority's Colonel's Island Terminal RoRo Facility. If you drive a recent model Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche, VW and others, chances are it passed through this facility. Click here for an overhead view of the facility.
The Georgia Hurricane evacuation sign with something other than the usual Claybrookian nonsense!
Following a truck to the Exit 29 area. Lots of truck stops here and generally the cheapest gas in Glynn County.
Approaching the loop to enter IH95 Southbound.
On the loop and headed for IH95.
A line of the merge impared. We're only going about 20MPH here. May as well as be stopped.
Ah, the jam breaks up. Note the clear right lane that would have made for easy merging.
Finally, we have entered IH95 Southbound, Lane 2.
Arrrrgh! I had just moved from the #3 lane to the #2 lane to pass this twit! Only doing about 50 here.
Crossing the Little Satilla River and entering Camden County, GA.
IH95 Southbound, Camden County, GA. The construction is now past and the Speedlimit is 70MPH.
Passing Exit 26, Dover Bluff Road. Nothing to see here, folks. Keep moving.
The Hurricane evacuation crossover. This would be used to reverse the traffic flow on IH95 in the event that Brunswick or Jacksonville had to be evacuated.
In the #1 Lane - a place I don't like to be - passing a truck. Fortunately, trucks are restricted to the #2 and #3 lanes so they can't legally form any rolling roadblocks.
The sign on the overpass reads, "Trucks over 6 wheels must use two right lanes." Sounds good to me, though I would prefer it read, "Trucks over 6 wheels must Keep Right Except To Pass."
Yet another Center Lane Bandit with 18 wheels.
Passing this one on the right.
Yes, I'm speeding.
A warm breeze and a clear road ahead = a happy necromancer.
Another overpass with the truck restriction noted.
Next, Exit 14 for GA25-Spur and Woodbine, GA.
But first, remember the Little Satilla River at the Glynn/Camden Line? This is crossing the Satilla River.
And now, we have Exit 14.
Passing under GA25-Spur (one of atleast two spurs off of GA25) that terminates at IH95.
Clear cruising ahead.
More clear roadway!
Approaching Exit 3 - GA40 - to St. Mary's and Kings Bay to the East and Kingsland and Folkston to the West.
Passing over GA40, traffic is getting a little heavier now.
Smooth sailing and approaching Exit 1. Regular is US$2.539 per gallon and Diesel was US$2.779 per gallon at the time of this photograph.
The last mile in GA.
Approaching the St. Mary's River that makes up the Georgia/Florida Border.
Cresting the bridge at the state line. Where did all these cars come from all of a sudden?
Welcome to Nassau County, FL
The first of two "welcome centers," for the commercial carriers.
Ditto.
The exit for the welcome center for the tourists.
More truck restrictions. Scroll down to the last image to see what I would like this bridge to *really* look like.
Approaching the second welcome center for the trucks. This one is a weigh station that is 3.5 miles south of the agricultural inspection center earlier. The agricultural inspection center is open 24/7, but the weigh stations tend to be closed (like this one was) more than they are open.
Weigh station comming up.
The weigh station to the right. To the left is the weigh station for the Northbound lanes of IH95.
Exit 373 and Florida's famous FLA1A.
Smooth sailing down IH95 in Northern Florida.
Ditto.
Over to the #2 lane to do a little passing.
Noted this truck hitting the rumble strips just over the white line and jerk his wheel to get back into the lane. Guess it woke him up. Decided to give plenty of room while passing this one.
IH95 South, Nassau County, FL.
Approaching Jacksonville, FL. Note the streetlights on either side of the highway.
Exit 363 - Jacksonville "International," Airport. They once had direct service to, I believe, Toronto. I guess that makes them, "International."
The junction with FL9A and IH295 upcomming.
Just beyond the FL9A/IH295 junction and the last picture.
Some sign art showing how some of us would like to see the bridge referenced above to look.
