This is a picture of one of Georgia's Hurricane Evacuation Sign System's overhead message boards
in actual use and not just playing some "speed kills," propaganda. The picture
is a little blurry, but it reads, "Tropical Storm Warning in Effect For Coastal
Georgia." Originally these signs were installed at various points in Georgia
after the Hurricane Floyd evacuation to facilitate in future evacuations.
